Haven't had one since 2007 I think and that would have been in Iskander's. Where can I find a good one outside of the city centre? Have a real appetite for one today.

Any kebab shop that does a good chicken chawarma kebab sandwich is a plus for me,that would be my criteria when starting out.

Wonder whatever happened to the good old dublin spice burger?

There's a turkish place in Capel Street called Ephesus that does a damn good Kebab.

Zaytoon a bit further up is also good grub!

Don't want to travel to the city centre for it.

Swords preferably, but could nip across to Malahide if there was a strong recommendation.

Nowhere good for kebabs here in malahide. Lovely chicken burgers though.

Plenty of juicy kebabs around the north side tonight, especially with that final on.

Wasn't that impressed with them previously, but it has been over a decade.

The bog standard kebab meat in most choppers is about 18,50 to buy I like the ones that have loads of chops stacked up at least you know what your eating.

Chopan Balbriggan main street, stopped doing Doners though and broke my heart, still do bitchin kofta and mixed, I recommend the Chopan Special Kebab....

Abrakebabra shouldn't even be mentioned in the thread....

Yup, Zaytoon is fairly ****e these days, if I was in town I would opt for Kebabish on Clanbrassil St...

"Kebab" is the north Dublin slang word for Heroin.

    dodgy business in this thread.

Chopan is fantastic, fresh naan bread and the best doner kebab meat I ever had. Way better than the cheap rotted crap you'd normally find in doner kebabs.

Yeah, I think the actually win out over Zaytoon for the best kebab grub in Dublin, although it's a close call - am partial to a bit of Zaytoon grub too!

    The best Kebabs in Dubin
    1. Mezza,Parliment St.Best by far- Beside Zaytoon
    2. Zaytoon, Parliment st and Harcourt St
    3. Iskenders, Dame St, across from Central Bank (3rd because it can be inconsistent)
    4. Passion4food, Clanbrassil St. Excellent Kebab, Pittas have holes in them though and I'm not sure about the sauces
