Hello!

I'm putting in an application for the student assisstance fund and just had a few questions about receipts + your bank statement.

Do you have to explain every cent of expenditure with a receipt? I started collecting receipts last week.
But then I owe my friend 20 euro which I'll need to give her next week. Will this gap in receipt collecting go against me?

Also I was wondering about buying cigarettes. Would this be accepted or would cigarettes be a luxury item?

Any help would be appreciated!
