    Hey guys,

I purchased the above named laptop about a month ago all well aide from one tiny detail. there is a circle mark on the screen that keeps appearing. Its like some part of the inner screen is stuck to the outer part, if that makes any sense. It happened before and after a day or two popped back into place but this time its larger and isnt going anywhere. Has anyone any advice on what to do? obviously i should probably get in touch with the technical support only problem is I cant afford to be without my laptop and my warranty only covers a pick up repair service.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated

Warranty service is fantastic, if you actually avail of it.

My advice will always be: ALWAYS have a backup. Don't forget if its really important you can always use public access, such as libraries, IT departments, internet cafes, etc. - there are few things I haven't been able to solve for myself with Office web apps. Unless you specifically need some program to run that you do not have permission to run on another machine, then your vivobook by definition is merely a useful toy.

I can't tell you how many times a customer has tried to make it MY FAULT that their sole computer was down and they need it fixed Yesterday. If you are really so reliant on the gadget that you can't be without it for a few days to a week: buy two.

Now, can you upload a photo of the issue you are having?
