    It looks like there is a poor balance between different countries and how often athletes are tested

    It looks like we can hold our heads up high at least. Testing needs to standardised around the world and across sports.

    Yeah, it's a bit misleading as I thought it was going to be an article giving out about WADA. However it's probably a fair call that WADA's role could be expanded or redefined.

    It's an interesting discussion with regard to developing nations though - it's very unlikely that a less well-off country, even with world class athletes, (take Uganda as an example) could afford to implement a world class anti-doping system. That's the reason why each sport must have its own system and its own testing regime. What I'd like to see is each sport also tasked with conducting out of competition tests as well as each individual country.
