    The main thing that pops out is the amount of slip junctions which have been retained in this draft of the plans -- which seems to go against the NTA cycling guidelines and the manual for urban roads and streets.

    On the other hand, quite a lot of space is being given over to cycling. That's commendable. But there's signs here that DLR is not ready for segregation on these types of roads.

    How you're supposed to cross the road at a few places seems unclear at first look -- I'm unsure of the use of toucan crossing here and in other DLR projects.
