Hi Folks,

Can medical advice be given over the internet from a certified medical professional to the public in ireland, i.e. on a website?

What laws / statutes are required to be met for the provision of this medical advice over the internet.

What information / laws are needed to be referred in the websites disclaimer section to ensure that any injury / illness etc resulting from the medical advice does not have a ramification for the website provider?

I am indeed. I just want to know what the regulations are in ireland for the provision of medical advice in an online form. i.e. - a website.
