    hi all,
ive been struggling with getting wat i want from my coffee in the mornings. i have a nespresso which is very handy and quick but i also use my mocha pot when i have the time. The only thing is that the mocha gets very bitter when im about half way through the bag of freshly ground, it usually gets that way after about 10 days. is there a reason or a solution to this happening? i store it in the bag that i purchase it in...
the second issue is im wondering what way do hotels brew their coffee as i have often found that i can get a decent cup of black coffee when ever i stay over. id be happy if I could get something similar... do they use plungers? filters or something else...
    THanks in advance

The solution is to buy a grinder and get your coffee in bean form that way you will have fresh coffee every day.

If you don't want to spend to much pick up a hand grinder and use that, should only take about 2 mins to grind enough coffee for your Moka pot.

A lot of hotels won't have any filter and will top up an espresso with hot water. Alternatively they may have a drip machine on a hot plate but neither will be as good as what you could do at home.

You really want to drink your coffee as soon as it is brewed and that way the coffee will taste it's best.

Check out this site for more detailed instructions:

Forgot to mention but go to coffeeangel.com for your grinder. They will then sort you out if anything goes wrong with it.

In that case I would ask them to recommend a hand grinder and then buy the beans rather than getting them ground. You will notice a huge difference

Have a look at the stuff on the shelf. The prices are as good as most online UK agents if not better. Plus you get support and advice from any of the staff.
