finglas/santry/glasnevin gym for a newb

    hi guys im 25 an iv been a ufc fan since ufc 61 were i had to get it on dvd from a friend.. im a devoted fan an watched everyone live since.. im looking for a gym in the area.. i know from been a fan all the submissions and the names of them and that sounds tick but i can fight.. iv a year training in the gym im 6.2 89kg but still carry fat.. id love to join a gym on a 5 day a week training regime to sort my diet and hopefully get me into competition..

    any info will help

    In fact, there's a beginner's course starting on Tuesday Oct 1st.
