B1 and BE CATEGORY LICENCE

If you include in renew your licence the category B and BE with the BE do you need anything else or or they the same if you have a B LICENCE ? Thanks

Not really sure what your question is - you mention the B1 category which is not used in Ireland. Did you pass a BE test? If you did and passed it then you are entitled to the B and Be category. You won't get a B1 = it's only on the licence to be compliant with an EU directive. It's not in use.

Sorry meant to say B not B1 . So BE is a separate form and test from B. My previous 10 years old licence had the car category' and car and trailer .

If your current/last full licence had the categories B and B+E (formerly known as EB) you are entitled to both on your new licence. Simple as that.
