Is this spec any good for cad, sketch up & vray?

Hi,

Could really do with some advice,
I received this spec from PC Specialists today.

I need the PC to run 3d modelling package sketch up, high res renders in vray, cad, photoshop etc.

I am not bothered about any bells and whistles, just it preforming well at the tasks is needed for.

I have no clue about PC building, so would very much appreciate any advice...

Actually missed the monitors so that will bring it to the same price but still a better machine

Was looking at the recommendations, but that site only sells parts, I would need the PC to come ready to plug and play.
I have had another look at PC Specialists and someone there recommended this attached spec for my requirements of 3d rendering and high res vray rendering

Does anybody this/know if this is a good set-up for this?
