    Hi,

Looking to join a gym for the winter, with the aim of losing some body fat and maybe putting on some muscle. Currently 13.5 stone, was 16. No idea what body fat percentage.

Been doing bootcamp for the last 2 years or so, so fitness is ok but Ive started to notice that im not able to shift those extra few pounds so I think I need something different. Have never used weights before but would like to at least try it, so would obviously need some personal training. Also have a muscle imbalance I think its called (according to a physio) between quads and hamstrings, so need to get that sorted....hamstrings very week.

    Any recommendations?

    Thanks in advance
