Ipad(Retina Display) + Location Services

I have an iPod touch and a iPad Retina Display(IOS 7). When I was using an old Philips modem the app Find iPhone and apps like Maps and Google Maps worked just fine as in reporting my Location in Maps and reporting the location of my iPad/iPod when using Find iPhone. I recently switched my modem for Eircoms newest the Eircom D1000 Modem(ZyXEL P-660HNU-Tx) and when connected to the net via Wi-Fi I get the message "Cannot Determine Location" when using Maps, Google Maps and Find iPhone. In Find iPhone both devices are found and displayed but say Online, No Location Available. I am signed into Apple and iCloud and have Location Services turned on for all these apps. After much testing I am sure the issue lies with the new modem. I have tried resetting the network settings, hard reset ect but all to no avail. If I swap out the modem it works fine so now to my question, has anyone else with this modem got this working. Maybe there is a setting in the Modems settings I need to change, I'm just stuck at the mo.

    Thanks.
