Hi all,

Renting in the same property for 2 years and moving out shortly. I was considering claiming for tax relief as I could do with the money, however not sure if my landlady is registered. Is there any way I could check this? I would feel bad claiming if it was going to land her in trouble. Does anyone know what would happen? She was still resident there for the few months I moved in, so I know she's entitled to earn rental income tax free up to a certain amount while living there.
