6950 crossfire question

    SLi was supported on the 5000x chipsets on some boards if memory serves me correctly. Only on very few select configurations. So Crossfire should work although I wouldn't be confident it would at all, since the board isn't XFire certified. Add to that, your second PCIE 16x slot only runs at 4x so you wont get the most out of the second GPU if I did work.

    New AMD/ATI cards being announced this Wednesday....

    You may be getting a R9-280X
    (or what ever the hell they are calling them...)
