So long time lurker but headed out today and did it!!!!! was a fairly tough route bu made it not very impressive time of 4.30 but still dead proud of myself!!!! Now to get my ass swelling down

yeah thanks lads really appreciate it. furthest up to this was a 60 last week and a 50 3 weeks before that. Might find 150 for next week
