    nope, didnt work..
    it dosent support Kali.

So ive tried to do a few different things, update the bios, its asking for floppy disks :P sure the laptop doesnt even have a floppy drive.. tried to install vmware but its not having it..

I think the laptop is a lost cause.

    Try YUMI
    http://www.pendrivelinux.com/yumi-multiboot-usb-creator/

I have Kali running from a micro SD card with YUMI

I use the sd card in a USB adapter. If you can't boot from USB, YUMI won't help

yeah just read through it there..
Im thinking im going to take the hdd out, put it into an external case i have, install to it via another laptop.. then put it back into the original and see if it does the job.

I have done windows installs in laptops like this by taking out the hard drive, and doing a partial installation with the drive in another laptop. You're actually in a better position if you are installing linux. I mistakingly installed Ubuntu onto an external hard drive (don't ask!) and it booted fine on many machines after that! Very useful for pulling files from laptops with damaged file systems or viruses.
