Hi. Refurbing a 35 y/I house. In terms if insulation was going to do cavity wall insulation, was recently told that If I can afford it to do the internal wall insulation as well. Is be able to afford both but not sure if its a waste of money or not. Would it greatly add to the property or would the cavity wall insulation…
