After years of suffering with dairy and wheat and other food intolerances, fighting weight, and feeling down, I started to get to grip with my weight lost 3stone and I put a diet plan and fitness regime in places to change my life. Now as the title says sport drinks and dairy intolerance in sports people my problem is getting that sports drink that will suit me for pre and post sport activities I am finding especially hard to recovery after a sports event I looked at all the main branded companies and most of there recovery shots are protein based, I started this post so the likes of me and others that suffer in this way can get some answers from others.

Did you try eating real food post wod?

Sports drinks etc are no better than real food

Whats your current weight/height, typical day of eating etc

I don't really understand the question but if it's about Post work out protein shakes, you can get a lot of dairy free protein supplements these days. i.e Rice, Hemp, Pea, Beef, Soy.

What exactly do you mean by sports drink?
The best sports drink is water.

Water is good but I'd go a little further and say the best sports drink is Coconut water.
