Hi friends, do any of ye have any helpful ways to reduce expenditure during this time of reduced salaries, stressed budgets and diminishing resources?

Here's five good solid ones I'd like to share to get the ball rolling.

1. Borrow pint glasses from pubs you're not a local in.

2. Save on toilet paper by showering straight after you go number 2. Incorporate socks into this plan if you've got diarrhoea. If it's really bad then just go to your local petrol station and borrow some paper from there.

3. When you're out of filters for your rollies just go back to your ashtray and reuse the ones you've already used again.

4. Go to soup kitchens so you don't have to pay for one meal everyday.

5. Go through bins, most of the time you'll find nothing but every now and then you'll find a right gem like a half bottle of coke or something.
