Do people actually bring these on Ryanair etc?
For me I'd actually bring a carry on bag and check in a car seat. Lets do the maths on that one...
    On ryanair
    Car seat €10 per flight
Check in €25/€35 per flight high season

So if I were to bring this seat on board and forsake a carry on bag thus necessitating a check in instead, it'd cost an extra €30/50 return trip.

    Or am i missing something?

I don't know who brings them on Ryanair.. Car seats is their main purpose.

    Maybe, but also cars...

Point of this thread is they are cheaper there, than you can get them elsewhere.

Possibly cheaper elsewhere, If anyone finds it, will hopefully post it.

I bring one on Ryanair regularly, they hold enough clothes inside for a child for 4 days easily so save the hassle and cost of checking in, cost of car seat hire when abroad & no hanging around waiting for it to come out on either side of the journey. They also aren't too heavy for a young child to carry by themselves

I also have the bubblebum inflatable seat, they are great too but wouldn't be happy putting my very small 5yrs old on it because it doesn't raise them up as much as the trunki. Rarely ever see the Bubblebum on special though.

£19.98 or €23.65 at the moment. However you need to look under more buying choices and look for Amazon to get the super saver delivery (if buying something else to make up £25)

Note delivery is scheduled between 14 Dec and 14 Jan so only useful if you are not in a hurry.

Anyone used them yet? Any good?
