    ive noticed currys are doing it for 334 with a trade in offer so may check them out.. we have a 10 year old dyson thats served us well but is showing its age now.. and the hose is broken from abuse on our part really

    Just a thought, but I was thinking of trading in my 10 year old Dyson when a friend of mine asked me had I ever cleaned out the sponge filter in it. You may already do this and think D'Uh (he did)! But I hadn't realised I could do this. It's like new again.
