Hi all,

For 2013 - are LPT payments for the year from Jan 1st right through to Dec 31st or just a portion within? I blieve that for 2013, the charge was half price because it was the first year of the newly introduced charge.

We are buying a house and the owner has paid approx €300 or so, and our solicitor is saying that that covers from start of year 2013 to the end. However, my wife is saying that what people paid covers from May to Nov

LPT was a half year charge for 2013 -- doubles in 2014
