    Why does no one use this tense?

    If any linguists out there can identify this tense please do.

    It's either the present tense, in which case the number (third person plural) doesn't match the subject (third person singular) or the past tense in which case the verb is missing an -ed or it's the past tense and is missing a preposition ('from' or 'out of').
