Hi all, trying to replace the reverse light on a 2005 seat ibiza. I have taken the old bulb out but cant get the new one in because i dont have enough room to get into it. Is there any way around this?

Hi all,
trying to replace the reverse light on a 2005 seat ibiza. I have taken the old bulb out but cant get the new one in because i dont have enough room to get into it. Is there any way around this?

can you not put it in the same way you took out the old bulb?

no...i just about had enough room to pull out the old one. when i try and put in the new one there aint enough room to squeeze it in.

newer model....spent the last hour at it but finally got the bulb replaced. rear reverse light still aint working......fuse? any ideas?

Check fuse but it may be a switch around the gear stick.
