Can you cheque the linkage possible disconnection also cheque return hose coupling but you probably have done these things.

Any chance it's just something mechanical like the pickup hitch bars being stuck or seized. Confirm by dropping the hitch

Is the hose that is powering loder coming from under seat or back end some of these yokes you have to switch the flow to front loader or back end you can't work both at the same time.

Yes its coming from back end . Not sure what way the levers and working one of them is tied back when you release it the loader won't work

that could be sending the oil flow to the loader, do the arms work after its released

we used to have a 674 with a loader. the loader worked off the spool valves at the back, same as the one you are looking at. The spools should be independent from the lift though. Sometimes our lift would be very slow to go down, we had to stand on it a lot to get it down.

If there is an issue with the lift, and you have to add a hitch wen you buy it, is it worth buying?

Ours gave a lot of trouble, but it had very high hours when we bought it

depends on how the lowder is powered. some are powered via the lift arms if there is only one spool valve so it needs to be shared with the arms, you switch over the flow valve and push the arm lever to the top, the arms stop working and flow goes to the spool vave and onto the loader, when you swap the flow valve the oil is divereted to the lift and away from the spool valve.

On the 674s if they were driven with the handbrake on it would affect the hydraulics as the filter would be wrecked and the filings would be all through the system. Had the pleasure when we lent ours to a neighbour years ago. Stay clear would be my advice.
