Sliding glass panel in kitchen cupboard

Hi, I have an open cupboard in the kitchen. I want to put a door on it however the timber has now aged so I cannot match the new door to the old timber.
I have decided to fit 2 glass panels , one slightly overlapping the other. One will sit just behind the other giving me a 'door' to cover in the cupboard.
The problem I have is I cannot find a rail of any kind for the glass to sit in.
I need a rail to sit on the bottom and top of the cupboard that will hold a glass panel allowing me to slide the glass left or right to access the cupboard.
    Any help please ?

You can buy plastic rail strip for this in most DIY stores. It's a plastic channel deeper at the top than at the bottom, so that the glass can be lifted in and then dropped into the bottom channel.
