The brewing time depends the drip rate you set, but can take anywhere between 3 and 12 hours. That may seem like a long time, but the unique flavor is worth it!

Don't see it ever taking off with those wait times. Interesting all the same.

Pretty standard times to make it.
I've a Hario Pota and it takes about 3-4 hours to make some cold brew.

Just looking at the Hario Pota pics. Looks like the same thing. Is it?

Yup, pretty much except the Bruer is less pretty.

You end up with a concentrate? Concentrate like an espresso or stand up a spoon concentrate? And for my hot coffee in the morning do I pop it in the microwave or would that be sacrilege?

Its not like espresso or a stock, more like Ribena.

Probably wouldn't be nice heated, you'd be better just brewing a fresh hot coffee.
