I'd love to watch this in the cinema, and also return to Oz.

If it was on anywhere in the country I would try my very best to see it. Saw a video on youtube about the re-release and it looks fantastic!

Only USA at the moment I got an email on Monday that my pre-ordered 3D Blu Ray/Blu Ray had been shipped so hopefully end of next week it will arrive.

I'm guessing it will be the new year for its release over here but they really need to get it in time for Christmas market.

I am a long time Wizard of Oz fan. I saw it in a cinema in Belfast about 5 or 6 years ago and it was amazing. I would give absolutely anything to see it in cinemas again. Here's hoping it will come over here.

So nothing is set in stone for a release over here?
Hopefully it does come, if only for a limited run it would be amazing

I would give absolutely anything to see it. I think Parnell street isthe only cinema in Ireland showing it from what I can gather, and for one week only. It devastates me that I can't get there to see it :( it is coming out on bluray (the 3D version) in November though!

If you have a cineworld unlimited ticket, the price of an imax ticket goes down to €4.50 ish.
