A friend of mine has two Reliant Scimitars of about 1965 vintage that need rebuilding, they have straight six ford engines and boxes as running gear which are removed bodywork quite good but with some crazing, cant see him ever getting them together so I am wondering what folks on here think of the marque or if anyone on here would here would have an interest if he decides to sell

If they are '65 then they are most likely be the coupe with the straight 6 rather than the GTE, The coupe would be more liked I think, or at least rareer. Worth a few bob when restored but I could be a nightmare!

Pop up a post on http://scimitarweb.co.uk/sgwrs/
Mostly UK users but lots from Ireland too. The club are always looking for lost scimitars and love to hear from any that have been hidden away.

Here is a good restoration/modification, in Australia of all places!
