Guys, if I buy a ticket from Bray to Connolly, on the return journey can I exit at Grand Canal dock and then get back on a few hours later to complete my journey to Bray?

Can this be done with the standard Bray to Connolly return ticket?

You cannot break your journey on a DART/Dublin Suburban ticket.

That facility is only available for Intercity journeys.

Sadly not as LX Flyer has said above. It would be handy if you could. They are treated as two separate journeys.

What you can do is get a Connolly-GCD ticket on the way back and then use the Connolly-Bray ticket for GCD-Bray. You can only do something like this were you aren't using a cheaper ticket than would otherwise apply, e.g. you can't use a Heuston-Athy ticket for Heuston-Kildare.
