Actually... that's a question.. I know if they don't have an item in stock, they provide you with an alternative of a similar value - could you get Epic Mickey 2 substituted instead of it?!

When I added it to basket it asked me to login/register to check if my store had the game in stock, so I'm hoping the fact it let me go through with the order means it does! Fingers crossed

I think you have to be there to accept delivery, but you can choose when you want it delivered so you know you'll be there.

I usually got my shopping delivered with tesco anyways, they just refund you the money of items not in stock.

no just the usual 'product not available' and charged me a tenner (delivery charge) for a fivers worth of chocolate! I presume I can still use the 20 discount as it wasnt applied so that will cover my 5e loss.

It can also depend on where your delivery is coming from too, if its in stock or not. eg i live in Athy so mine will be coming from Portlaoise.

No luck for me either,they were out of stock this morning when my order was filled.

Guy rang back and was told there was stock on the shelves but if i order again it won't be filled until the morning again so highly unlikely stock will be in.

Stock arrived in store around 12 today, so might try a later delivery time and see if they fill it in the afternoon.

Checked online status and order shows as delivered ? ? ? anyone else getting this, code will not work either as i says i used it the max number of times

I put my order through at lunch time and picked delivery for tomorrow evening.. I spoke to someone there in customer service who advised me to call back tomorrow morning to see if the item was "picked" by the store and if not then I can cancel. Fingers crossed!

What happens when gtav is not delivered? Is it a refund or will they send the game tomorrow or when they have it? I have an order in for just beer but ill edit if the game would arrive with it but not 1 person has got the game this way

afaik, they'll just refund what they couldnt 'pick' for your particular shop at that time... so furk that if Im paying 5.50e delivery for some oregano and parsley

Most times they substitute the item with something similar , you might get GTA 4 :-)

Well my plan is... I just amended my order so that if the game isn't delivered and its sold out I can get a refund on it, but I ordered extra coors as there's a promo on it anyways, 2 x 20 box bottles for 30 quid so ordered 4 boxes of that and game and ill still get the booze with the 20 quid off (80 bottles for 40 quid)

I called customer services who told me which store was delivering to me.. (It's Naas event though I live in tallaght!).. So called them and spoke to customer service manager and she went and got a game and put my name and order number on it and put it by for me. Happy Days

Well i ordered this last night after 9pm along with 2 bags of m&m's ,the driver showed up at around 3:30 today and said the game was out of stock and did i still want the sweets!!,i knew which tesco was delivering it so i took a spin out and they had about 8 games on the shelf so i asked the girl how come the driver was just at my house a half hour ago and he said it was out of stock but theres 8 or so on the shelf,she said if my order was picked in the morning then the game wasnt there so it must of come in the afternoon, in other words tough **** if it isnt there first time they look...
