Is there anyone out there that knows how to Digitize on a embroidery machine or know of any online tutoring to show you. I have a Bernia Machine.

It's fantastic software but has (in my view) a pretty steep learning curve. The online manuals are a good place to begin, the Quick Start Guide has lessons one of which is simple digitising. I'd suggest joining the Berninav6Software Yahoo group, they've a lot of resources you might find helpful. I love Otto Windler's newsletters and always learn something new (he's an Australian Bernina dealer who generously shares his customer newsletters with us). There are some workbooks available in the US from Creative Sewing Machines which I've been tempted but haven't bought (around $100) but the group members rave about them. Lots of Youtube videos and podcasts are out there too, Carol Undy had an excellent one on digitising applique that I used for one particular project.

But seriously, start with the manual unless you're already familiar with the basics!
