So, I dunno if this is big news or anything; but the little company I work for has just had a succesful first take off of it's C-Series FTV1. It seems as though i'll have a job to come back to when I'm back from holidays :D

mind you, it's still in the air :pac:

    Spoiler Alert:
The Companies name is Bombardier Aerospace

good stuff, who's the launch customer?

    Gulf or Swiss most likely.

The live feed is heavily in French, which I can barely understand anymore and even less when its Quebecois. Airbus who *are* French provide more English language content than this!

Also, I forgot that they'd be pronoucing Bombardier properly / not the way I'm ever used to hearing it. Sounds very strange.

Lovely looking yoke that, just seen the vid... :D

Nice to see it fly after all the headaches it caused me when we were doing stuff related to it! (No, I don't work for Bombardier, but we did our bit! ;) )

This is definitely news....I knew they had pushed it back a bit. Great to see this in the air.
