youghal- what ruin is this?

came across this and was wondering what ruin this is or what it once was? cant find anything on google, any history to it? looks interesting

I've FB messaged the photographer, hopefully he'll respond. Seems like it's the Waterford side of Youghal though.

Looks like a warehouse of some sort...there is, or rather was, a brickworks in the w.ford side of Youghal.

Ah I emailed Youghal to for help but they haven't got back.. Have you tried using this site http://webgis.archaeology.ie/NationalMonuments/FlexViewer/ the link may bring you to Waterford directly but sure start looking it is surley on it

Here's the (almost) definitive answer from William Fraher of the Waterford County Museum.

'Your photograph is not of Pilltown mill but of another mill which is just a couple of fields away in the Youghal direction. The building can be seen from the main road.
Looking on maps the area in which the mill is situated is possibly Pill Park. At present I don't have the date it was constructed or by whom but I'm sure more information can be found. There may be an entry on it in the book The Millers and Mills of Ireland by William E Hogg republished 2011'
