Quick question i have uptil the end of July been employed uner a fixed term contract. As that term expired at the end of July, and as they had stated in that contract that unfair dismissal does not apply if the only reason for loss of job is the end of the fixed term contract does that mean they can let me go at any time ?

Has the contract already expired? Do you mean July last year or coming?
