I wouldn't contact him again. Let him get in touch with you if that's what he wants but until then go out and enjoy yourself. He has told you he is 'half seeing someone'. Well in my opinion your either seeing someone or your not. Sounds like he has been weighing up his options and there's nothing wrong with that but your not gonna waste your time waiting around for him to call or collect you in case he 'falls asleep' again. If he really likes you he will be in touch. Until then try and go out with friends.
