    Article below.There were no matches to talk about last week so he had to fill his space in the paper with something although I think sports writers should stick to writing solely about their own particular sport.

    He didn't have a go at soccer all he said was it is over hyped, which it is.There is no way the premier league could be as good as the media say it is and the blanket coverage that a foreign sports league gets in this country is quite ridiculous considering we have a soccer league in this country that could do with as more attention and hype from the Irish media.
    The GAA could learn something from soccer and rugby by hyping their sports more.He's right and I usually make it a rule to disagree with anything Pat Spillane says.Although I find it a bit ironic that Pat is complaining about lack of hype around GAA considering his punditry tends to be terribly negative and features continuous complaining about football.
