The pads are mintex that is a well known brand.
The seller has almost 100% positive feedback so I'd assume the parts are of acceptable quality.

I personally wouldn't use Mintex pads. I think they are rubbish.

I also don't like grooved discs. They are fine when brand new but once they get any kind of corrosion on them they get very noisy.
