    Venue: The Franciscans Church Hall, Henry St.Limerick.


    Corto Combate Eskrima Single-Stick, Double Stick & Improvised Weapons

    Material to be covered:

    Single Stick as a Joint locking/Throwing Aid
    Joint locking drills.
    Throws and Takedowns.
    Chokes, Strangles and Restraints

    Double Stick Partner Drills
    3 count, 4 count, 6 Count.
    6 Count Upper and Lower
    Sparring Tactics.
    Footwork Patterns for Combat.

    Improvised Weapons
    Use of Scarf, Bandana or Hankerchief.
    Improvised Projectile Weapons.
    Use of Improvised impact and restraint weapons

    €25 for 3hr seminar. 15 mins break in middle.
    Certs of Attendance issued.

    just an update for students/unemployed the cost of the workshop is 15€

    if coming along, a pair of eskrima sticks, a rubber knife would be super but there will be a limited number of equipment for students attending.
