Who to bring with me to get advic on modernising and extending a bungalow

    Hi,

    I am looking at viewing a bungalow in an area I am very keen to move into. As it stands the bungalow looks outdated and would be too small for our needs so we would need to extend it.

    Should I get an architect or structural engineer to come with me to view it?
    And how much approximately would they charge me for doing this (in Limerick).
