Just checking again, is anyone aware of a website or article comparing distance memberships? Rates, quality of the course, location, extras added in with membership etc.

Think no is the answer. What are u looking for. Somewhere like bellewstown 25 mins from the airport decent course and 250 distance membership would be a great option if u are in Dublin.

Extras include an inaccurate handicap, no monitoring of the said handicap and free reign to complete the circuit of open team events and clean up.

Wayhay! And they're off ..... The 2015 (Spring) distance membership (handicap) starts here....

    Featuring.....

    'They're ruining golf...'
'Bandits, bandits, the lot of 'em, I tell ya'
    'Bloody free-loaders'
    'It's all I can afford'
'Me, I'm not a bandit, what about the crowd from 'blah' who had 72 pts in a classic last week?'
'Clubs would want to wake up to the new realities(tm)'

and a host of other favourites.....

Don't worry if you miss it, it has been on the before and will be repeated verbatim in a few months.

That wouldn't be my scene, I have never won a prize in golf and i am in my early fifties so no golfers will be shaking in their boots!
