Cheese on Toast

Sliced Batch Loaf.
Butter each side before grilling.

Grill one side until golden.

Grill other side slightly less.

Spread mango chutny on that side.
Add Grated Mature Cheddar Cheese
6-7 drops of Worcestershire sauce

Grill for 3 more minutes.

Cut in halfe & serve.

The above is as important as the ten commandments,

So there.

I have a simpler method.

1. Half toast bread in toaster.
2. Butter and add cheese.
3. Grill until it looks ok.
4. Profit???

this.. but.. add a tiny bit of Ballymalloe Country Relish - fecking heaven..

unfort the grill in my house doesn't work... well it does but it goes up in flames so don't use - have to use a sandwich toaster (first world problems eh?)

Nice wholemeal brown bread toasted, philadelphia cheese, then mashed white pudding then cheddar cheese melted on top...devine. Good with some chutney too...

Toast a slice of bread, put some pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese on the toast, then put it under the grill until the cheese has melted.
