    It really depends on what you're looking the tablet for. The Nook is designed for reading (hence the high density screen), the Lenovo is designed as a tablet (ie: browsing the web, using apps ect). Both tablets will do the same thing, they're just pointed to different audiences. The Nook isn't just as powerful, but i'd say the only way you'll be able to decide is to get a hold of one and try it out.
