hi, thinking of getting a double bed for me and missus, tired of falling out of the single haha, room is nt huge to be fair, just not sure whether to go for small double (4') or double (4'6). Would there still be plenty of space for 2 in small double? thanks in advance

Go for a 4.6" bed, esp if the wife has a big bootay, you'll be glad of the extra wiggle room

Don't blow her up all the way and a 4' will do.

Small doubles are still ridiculously tiny. Get a proper one. You will spend more time in it then you will wriggling around it.

Get the big one. It's only a matter of time before the missus wants to have a durty threeway with the hot one from her Zumba class. Then where would you be with your small double? On the bleedin' floor, that's where. True story.

    get a big one.

and another piece of advice get a quilt one size bigger. double bed, king size quilt.
no waking up freezing in the middle of the night,
no waking up from digs from ur wife when she has woken up freezing in the middle of the night!

    well worth it:D

Go for the 4' 6". The extra 6 inches makes all the difference. ;)

My parents have a 4" bed in their spare room, and my wife and I used it last Christmas. It was one of the worst night's sleep I've ever had, that size is just too bloody small for two people. I refuse to ever sleep in that bed again.

Better still, get rid of any other furniture in the room and get a king sized bed.

Doesn't matter what size it is, just get a super king duvet cos she's gonna rob most of it.

Is a small double not a single bed?

If you're a midget and you put a single horizontal, it's like a quadruple... Minimum!
