Do they not have leisure time on your planet? Here's a few things:

    * Read a good book. Sod it, read a bad book. Join your local library and read several of each.

    * Take up some physical activity like jogging/aerobics, or a martial art.

    * Become and amateur food-and-beer critic.

    * Buy some terrible old Ford shi!theap and while away many an evening and weekend upgrading and restoring it.

    * Teach yourself the banjo.

Why not volunteer for something? You could spend your free time by giving your time for free.

You can spend about 4 hours on netflix and not realise it. I watch orange is the new black in 3 days on it

    Hit the gym bro.

Then watch 24. All seven seasons.

    Then watch prison break.

    Then go drinking.

    Rinse repeat as necessary

Or go gym, watch 24/Prison Break, and drink while doing this. Multi-tasking ftw.

Identify your boundries. Physically, mentally, and spiritually. And then find ways to push them out.

This guy thought he was joking...
Dance, if only in your own sitting room. Oh, and floss.

but actually another lyric in the same song he was quoting says

"Enjoy your body. Use it every way you can. Don't be afraid of it or of what other people think of it. It's the greatest instrument you'll ever own."

and I have never heard a greater wisdom in my life. DO focus on your body and focus on seeing what it can do, what it can not do, and how you can push it EVERY day to do a little bit more.

To answer the OP question most of my "free" time is made up of the above - finding ways to push, enjoy, and expland my limits. And when you get into it for real you find very quickly that you do not HAVE free time to "fill".
