BDSM is such a wide variety of things that quite a lot of people do some of it but would not consider themselves "into BDSM" in the same way as someone who does nothing but play 5 aside football is not really "into sport".

We certainly have a few ropes, handcuffs, toys, and mild spanking type things around the house which come out on occasion.

But I wouldnt consider us "into BDSM" at all per se. Some people really do take it to some - extremes.

I'd say most people would enjoy some of the milder elements of BDSM. Its just a bit of fun and a bit of Dom/Sub can always add a bit of excitement. But the heavier side of it just seems like a lot of hard work.

I think it would entirely depend on what it was. I would consider every request on a case by case basis. There are things I am all for doing and trying. There are things I would not touch with the proverbial barge poll. Let alone with MY little barge poll!

On one of my house parties we did get into a weird game of truth and dare recently enough (few months back) and one of the things asked was everyone had to tell their top two until now unrealised sex fantasy or fetishes.

Some of the answers we got during that party were - - - enlightening to say the least. And some of them were so out of character for the people saying them that had I been given the list of names and the list of answers I would have utterly failed to match them up to the girls and guys who said them.

The on going joke now is that we as a group should work to help each other realise them all. And the scarey thing is I reckon close to half of them are only half joking.
