    Brilliant. I really don't think the dollar trilogy etc would have been half the films they were without his music.

    My favourite is once upon a time in the west though the music to the 3 way shoot out at the end of the good, the bad and the ugly was pretty brilliant as well.

    Once Upon a Time in the West was particularly good, the three main characters had a leitmotif each and when they had the shootout in the end each theme was woven into one. Very clever and effective, Wagner would have been proud
