Spray-painting a new build

We're looking to get our new build (blockwork) painted. Ideally we want to spray the place, but we've got differing opinions on how that would work from a couple of different painters

    Specifically:
Painter 1 will spray 3 coats white on the ceilings, and 1 coat white on the walls. Any colours to be rollered on the walls afterwards (2 coats)

Painter 2 will spray 3 coats white on the ceilings, and 2 coats while on the walls.
Any colours to be rollered on the walls afterwards (2 coats)

I'm wondering if anyone has sprayed the colour on to the walls? Painter 2 also recommends 2 coats white before colour because of the plaster suction.

    Any advice appreciated!

Got our house spray painted last week before sparks come back to do second fix. Three white coats on ceilings and two white coats on walls, in fairness the house had been drying out for most of the good weather and the walls/ceilings were well dried out. 135 litres of white leyland paint sprayed on from 8.00am until 3.30pm by two painters for £700 stg including paint. Am happy with the job - no complaints. As far as colours on the walls go the painters did make a valid point in saying that by the time the sparks/joiners/tiler and kitchen fitter is out the coloured walls will need touched up again, so just go basic now and colour after everyones been in and finished. Thought it was good enough advice.
