Receive free medical services twice weekly in Tallaght?

Just heard this and im not being "racist"
In a time when medical cards are being taken from the poor & vulnerable, If this is true then WHY?

Do you mean Roma or Romanians? I don't know about the health care in Tallaght but the Romanians wouldn't be too happy with you.
