    They're going through either way.

It takes 2 million bikers to remember the victims of 9/11 and honour the armed forces?

Bullshit, they want a nice clear ride through the city without the bother of traffic lights.

200 bikers would be tricky to stop..2,000,000 - good luck with that. :D

Given that some of them are members of the Patriot Guard, who form a honour guard preventing the Westboro Baptist Church getting anywhere near soldiers funerals then I say give em a parade.

    2 million?? That's 1 in every 250 American...if my maths are right. That's impressive.

No I think it's right to ban them :)

What's the big deal? They've not been denied the right to drive through the city, they've merely been refused permission to ignore red lights and other usual road traffic directions.

They're in the United States, a place with hundreds of undisturbed miles of Highways that they could ride for a clear route. This is for a parade, there have been worse reasons traffic has been diverted. It would be quite impressive to see 2 million bikes ride through a single city.

    And feck everyone else?

Well they can cruise through in 2 hours or it could take hours and hours with them stopped at every light.

    Soooo.....who gets fecked?

They have now been invited to join another group who already have a permit

''We welcome the ‘Bikers Benghazi Brigade’ with Open Arms to join our Justice for Benghazi Rally as we already have a permit.” -- Mitchell Mason, Rally Organizer

Washington D.C. – Today the Justice for Benghazi Rally Organizers, Patriots4America and Special Operations Speaks invite the 2 Million Bikers to ride into the Capitol as ‘Bikers for the Benghazi 4’ and join their approved and permitted rally on the Capitol West Lawn at 12:30-6:00 pm on September 11, 2013.

We welcome the Bikers to participate in the Justice for Benghazi Rally and will even offer some speaking slots.

2 hours? That would be an impressive feat of synchronisation.

Some of them have been riding for days from where they live to get to Washington in time. Was watching a video of them riding earlier , looked really cool. :)

If ye like Bikers, and I do.
    :pac:

They'll spend four hours just putting on their lids and discussing what mods they've made to their bikes. 2 million? 2 days maybe..

Make them get off their bikes and "march". Many of them could stand to loose a few pounds kilograms stone.

So 2 million bikers have been denied a permit to ride non stop through Washington.

Naturally screams of bias through the media, but was Washington right to deny the permit. Personally I can see no reason not to wave them through a designated route.

I was with them, right up until they mentioned Hardlys, then they lost me.

They don't need to march, they don't need to be skinny to stand up for something they believe in... What would you stand up and be counted for?.

    Its easy to slag.

Having met a couple of veterans motorcycle clubs around here, you would do well to slag them from a distance. I wouldn't fuck with them if I were you.

They look nice, but just can’t get beyond Victory’s snowmobile/ATV roots (and if memory serve me correctly Michael Andretti had one of the first dealerships locally). But after a long hiatus of some 60 years, Indian has made a comeback. Now that’s exciting!
